
Cancellation policy for direct reservations by phone/email.
For a definitive confirmation of your reservation we kindly ask you to send us a down payment of the 20% of the total amount by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellations are valid only if communicated by fax or e-mail at the following terms:
- up to 30 days before your arrival date, we refund you the deposit you paid;
- From 29 up to 7 days before your arrival date, we do not refund you the deposit, but you can use it for another stay in the same summer season;
- From 6 or less days before the arrival, the deposit will not be refund and can’t be used for other stays.
In the event of a new lockdown, we will keep the deposit for the next year.

Arrival
Rooms and services, such as car park and beach chairs, are at your disposal from 12:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure.
Of course we make our best to give you the room earlier, if it’s already done.
Departure
Rooms and services, such as car park and beach chairs, are at your disposal from 12:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure.
We kindly ask you to pay the bill the day before your departure.
At the time of check-out don’t forget to collect:
- Identity documents
- car keys
and to give:
- room keys
- safe keys
- drink card
We kindly ask you to leave your parking spot free the morning of your departure. The clients coming after you will be grateful.
Early departures
In case of early departure or late arrival compared to the booking date (due to causes not due to the hotel’s responsibility, such as unfavourable weather conditions) the Direction reserves the right to charge the amount of the unused stay to the price of bed and breakfast.
Payment
We remind you that the maximum amount that can be paid using cash for year 2023 is € 5.000,00.
The remainder can be paid using debit or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).
We don’t accept cheques!
Meal times
- Breakfast: 07:30 – 09:30
- Lunch: 12:00- 13:00
- Dinner: 19:00- 20:00
Pool
The pool is open from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:00. We kindly ask you not to bring room towels neither at the pool nor at the beach and to respect the silence hour between 13:30 and 15:30 to allow those who wish to rest quietly.
To rent the beds at the pool (upon payment), ask at the Direction.
We put at our guests’ disposal pool towels. They are free, but we ask for a deposit that will be given back once the towels will be returned.
Beach
We guarantee one place on the beach (an umbrella with 2 sunbeds) per room from the 4th row. The first 3 rows are available for a fee.

- Blue Flag: “normal service”; there are two lifeguards in service; there is no danger.
- Yellow Flag: “half service”; only one lifeguard is in service; it is still possible to swim.
- Red Flag: “danger”; it is forbidden to swim (high waves, rough sea…).
Wi-Fi
Free Internet connection is available everywhere in the structure and in the swimming pool.
Ask for the password at the Direction.
Dogs
These our little friends are always welcomed guests, but for hygienic reasons we kindly ask you not to bring them in the common areas (restaurant, pool…).
For further information you can consult the municipal regulament.
Bikes
Our bikes are available to our guests from 8:00 to 22:30. You can ask at the Direction for the lock-keys.
We will ask you for a deposit that will be returned once you will give back the keys.
Parking lot
At the Direction we will be happy to help you find a parking spot that matches your needs. We kindly ask our guests to put the room number inside the car and to leave the car keys at the Direction.

Hospitality in hotel for minors
The Minister of Home Affairs has explained the manners concerning the hospitality in an hotel of an unaccompanied minor.
The Minister has analysed different categories:
- Unaccompanied minor
an unaccompanied minor, even when equipped with an ID card, can’t be hosted. - Minor accompanied by an adult who isn’t a parent
in this case, the adult must have the parents’ consent and follow the rules as if the minor was a part of a family unit.
Attention: as far as the second category is concerned (minor accompanied by an adult who isn’t a parent), the parents’ consent to the hospitality of the minor must be given to the adult, not to the minor child.
We kindly ask you to download this form, to fill it in and to give it to us signed, also attaching the copies of the ID cards of both parents of the minor.
