Cancellation conditions for direct bookings by email/phone.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required, payable by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email only. The following conditions apply:
- Cancellations received 30 days or more before the arrival date: the deposit will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 7 days before the arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded but can be used as credit for another stay within the hotel’s seasonal closure.
- Cancellations received 6 days or less before the arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be used for another stay.
Arrival
Rooms and related services (such as parking and beach facilities) are available to guests from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Should the room be available earlier, we will be pleased to allow access before the official check-in time.
Departure
Rooms and related services (such as parking) are available to guests until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
We kindly ask you to settle your bill by the day prior to departure.
At check-out, please remember to:
- collect the car keys;
- return the room keys, safe keys, drink card.
We also kindly ask you to vacate the parking space by 10:00 a.m. on the morning of departure, so that incoming guests may use it.
Early Departures
In the event of an early departure or late arrival compared to the dates stated in the reservation, and for reasons not attributable to the hotel (for example, unfavorable weather conditions), the Management reserves the right to charge the amount corresponding to unused nights, calculated at the bed and breakfast rate.
Payments
Please note that the maximum limit for cash payments is € 5,000.00.
Any remaining balance may be settled by debit card or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Cheques are not accepted.
Mealtimes
- Breakfast: 07:30 – 09:30
- Lunch: 12:00- 13:00
- Dinner: 19:00- 20:00
Pool
The pool is open from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:00.
Please do not bring room towels to the pool or to the beach.
Guests are asked to respect the quiet hours from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., allowing those who wish to rest peacefully.
For pool lounger rental (for a fee), please contact Reception.
Beach
We guarantee a place on the beach (one parasol with 2 sunbeds) per room from the 4th row. The first three rows are chargeable.

Prices are per day and include a sun umbrella and 2 sunbeds on the beach.
Please contact the Reception for the allocation of a place on the beach.
For your safety, please pay attention to the colours of the flags on the beach.
- Blue flag: ‘normal’; there are two lifeguards on duty; no danger.
- Yellow flag: ‘half service’; only one lifeguard is on duty, swimming is still possible.
- Red flag: ‘dangerous’; no swimming (high waves, rough sea…).
Wifi
Free Internet access is available throughout the facility and in the swimming pool.
Ask for the password at Reception.
Dogs
These little friends of ours are always welcome but for hygienic reasons please do not bring them into the common areas (restaurant, swimming pool…)

Bicycles
We are happy to provide our bicycles from 08:00 to 22:30. You can contact Reception for the handover of the keys.
You will be asked for a deposit, which will be returned when you return the keys.
Park
At Reception, we will be pleased to assist you in finding a parking space suited to your needs.
We kindly ask each guest to:
- Display the room number on their vehicle;
- Leave the car key at Reception.

Hospitality in a hotel for minors
The Ministry of the Interior has formally communicated the procedures to be followed by hoteliers when hospitality is requested by a minor unaccompanied by parents.
In this respect, the Ministry recognises and analyses several cases:
- Unaccompanied minor unaccompanied minors, even if they have an identification document, cannot be accommodated.
- Minor accompanied by an adult other than the parents
in this case the adult person will have to obtain the consent of the minor’s parents and follow the procedure as if the minor was part of a family unit.

Attention: with particular reference to the second case (i.e. minor with an adult other than the parents), consent to stay by the parents must be given to the adult person, not to the minor child.
We kindly ask you to download this form, fill it in and return it to us signed, enclosing a copy of both parents’ identity cards.
